QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION

Produced in SPF chicken embryos. 1 dose contains min. 106.0EID50 virus, strain La Sota and min. 103.5EID50 IB virus, strain H120.
DESCRIPTION

 Slightly yellow or rosy spongy mass for solution for injection after reconstitution in diluent.

ACTION AND USE

The vaccine is for active immunization of chickens up to 7 days age against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

The vaccine can be administered by drinking water or by the intranasal route of administration. Measure the correct volume of physiological saline solution or diluent for the number of birds to be vaccinated according to doses of vials. 0.03ml of reconstituted vaccine should be administered by intranasal administration per chicken. The volume of water for reconstitution depends on the age of the birds and the managements practice when administered by drinking water, normally 10-20 ml to chickens 21-30 days of age and 20-30 ml to adult chickens.

WARNINGS
No spray in chickens infected by chicken mycoplasma.

Reconstituted vaccine should be used within 4 hours.

Disinfect the used instrument and containers along with the leftover vaccine.
